• Anonymous usage data collected via internal analytics tools (such as Ahoy), without personal identifiers

All sensitive data, including API keys, is stored in encrypted form using modern encryption standards (AES or equivalent).

Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, data loss, or misuse.

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to:

• provide the services;
• comply with legal obligations;
• or until the user deletes their account.

Once an account is deleted, all API keys, logs, and trading data are permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.

CashCheater uses minimal cookies necessary for session management and authentication.

No third-party trackers (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) are used.

Our servers and data processing operations may be located in different regions, but we ensure all transfers comply with UK and EU data protection standards.
